The plan also includes the restoration of existing homes.

Transportation infrastructure

The municipality is crossed by 23 kilometers of municipal roads and 3.5 kilometers of provincial roads, including the former State Road 35 of the Giovi. Despite not having its own station, the municipality is crossed by the Milan-Como-Chiasso state railway and is close to the Cantù Asnago stops on the Milanese line, and Cadorago and Fino Mornasco on the Ferrovie Nord Milano line.
