History

In 1976, Treppo Grande was hit by the Friuli earthquake that caused extensive damage and collapses. Nevertheless, over the years, the town has recovered and now is a calm and pleasant place to live.

Another place of interest is the Church of St. Michael the Archangel, located in the Vendoglio hamlet. This church dates back to the twelfth century and has been completely restored over the years. Here you can admire a very particular wooden altar decorated with flowers and fruits.
