Federico Parisi's football career began in the Pro Irpinia football school. Later, he was noticed by Simone Puleo, a former Fiorentina player and head of the club's youth sector. In 2017, he joined Sassuolo's Primavera Championship team.
In the Serie D 2018-2019 season, he was loaned to Avellino, a club that had restarted from Serie D after bankruptcy. Here he demonstrated all his talent, collecting a series of decisive appearances to obtain promotion to Serie C. In 2019 he was officially redeemed by Avellino, where he remained until 2020.
In September of last year, Federico was acquired by Empoli Football Club for €500,000, where he signed a three-year contract. Despite his fibula injury, he remained one of the most promising talents in Serie B and demonstrated all his determination. At the end of the season, Empoli achieved promotion to Serie A and Federico Parisi made his debut in the top Italian league.
National Team
In November 2021, Federico was selected for his first call-up to the Under-21 National Team, called up by coach Paolo Nicolato to replace Matteo Lovato, who had left the group after an injury.
