San Felice is a village located in the Upper Val di Non, in the autonomous province of Bolzano. The village is part of the municipality of Senale-San Felice along with the nearby locality of Senale. Until the 19th century, San Felice was known as Caseid before it became the current village by combining its original name with the name of its patron saint, San Felice. From 1810-1815, the village was part of the Kingdom of Italy founded by Napoleon Bonaparte. In 1864, San Felice became an independent municipality and subsequently, in 1974, it was joined with the municipality of Senale to form the municipality of Senale-San Felice.
