Unfortunately, of the ancient castle that dominated the city, only ruins remain today.

There are four hamlets in the territory of Rossana: Lemma (Rossana), Madonna delle Grazie, Molino della Valle, and Molino Varaita. Each of these hamlets has its own atmosphere and unique characteristics.
Economy
The economy of Rossana is primarily based on the production of automobile components. Bitron SpA is one of the largest automobile component producers in the area and employs approximately 500 people. There are also several family-owned agricultural companies. The F.A.R. company, also located in Rossana, produces frozen semi-finished products for the industry and specializes in freezing fruit. A quarry for limestone and laboratories for the production of technical and precision materials are still operating on the territory of Rossana.
Administration
The current mayor of Rossana is Marco Coghi. The municipality was part of the Po, Bronda, Infernotto, and Varaita mountain community.
