Robilante

Robilante is a small town in Piedmont, with a population of about 2200 inhabitants, located just 10 kilometers from Cuneo. The town is characterized by the church of San Donato and its imposing stone bell tower overlooking the main square. You can also admire the chapel of Sant'Anna, located on a hill, along with numerous other alpine chapels.

Robilante is a town surrounded by nature, surrounded by surrounding mountains and forests. Industry

Robilante is a town that has been influenced by industrial production for over a century. Indeed, you can admire the Buzzi Unicem cement plant, which was inaugurated in the 1960s, or the Sibelco production site, near the border with Vernante. Along the main road leading to Vernante, you will find the tannin extraction factory building with its large chimney, while the Venchi reseller, the former production site of the company, is located a little further along the same road.

Demography and administration

The city has a population of about 2200 inhabitants and is administered by the Civic List, with Mayor Massimo Edoardo Burzi. According to ISTAT data from 2017, 166 foreign citizens live in Robilante, mostly from Romania, Morocco, and Albania.
