Predazzo is a municipality located in the autonomous province of Trento, in northern Italy, and is one of the two main centers of the Val di Fiemme. With 4525 inhabitants and an area of 109.97 square kilometers, it is the most populous and extensive municipality in the Avisio valleys and one of the ten largest in the province.

Territory
Predazzo is located at the confluence of the Travignolo stream, which descends from the Dolomite group of Pale di San Martino, and the Avisio stream coming from the Fedaia Pass. The altitude ranges from a minimum of about 1,000 meters above sea level to a maximum of over 2,800 meters above sea level of the Dolomite peaks of Latemar and Catena del Lagorai.
