Production techniques

Cesanese del Piglio DOCG has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, you can distinguish fruity and floral notes typical of the grape variety, while in the mouth it is soft, slightly bitter, and dry.

The production area benefits from a Mediterranean climate with cold and humid winters and hot and dry summers, with an altitude ranging from 200 to 600 meters above sea level.
