The municipality of Persico Dosimo was established in 1928 from the merger of three municipalities: Carpaneta with Dosimo and Persico (Persico Dosimo). What to see in Persico Dosimo?
If you decide to visit Persico Dosimo, I suggest not to miss Villa Calciati, an ancient hunting residence of the Calciati counts, located in Dosimo. Today, the villa is used as a location for receptions and banquets. Another place of interest is the recreational center "ARCI," a former summer camp of the Ente Opere Assistenziali, located in the center of the village of Persichello, which includes the ARCI Persichello Circle (member of ARCI Cremona), the clinic, the dance floor, the playground, the soccer/tennis field, the Adelio Lazzarinetti municipal library, and the AUSER "l'Alveare" center. The main building includes the clinic and the ARCI Circle; outside of the latter, you can see the littoria tower dating back to the fascist period.
