Sottoselva

Hi everyone! Today we're talking about Sottoselva, a village located in Palmanova in the province of Udine. There are some interesting things to see, so if you happen to be in the area, don't miss out on these monuments and places of interest!

Monuments and places of interest

The Church of San Sebastiano (or Church of the Saints Sebastiano and Lorenzo) is one of the main monuments in Sottoselva. It was built between 1844 and 1847 according to the project of engineer Bonini from Palmanova. The bell tower, on the other hand, dates back to 1855. If you love sacred art, you can't miss a visit to the church, where you can admire stunning decorations and frescoes.

Sottoselva might be a bit difficult to find, but it is a charming place that is definitely worth visiting. If you're passionate about history and architecture, this is the right place for you. The surrounding area is very relaxing and peaceful, perfect for a stroll or a day trip.
