Religious architecture
The church of San Salvatore, dedicated to Jesus, dates back to the 13th century and was rebuilt in the 18th century. The marble high altar is attributed to the sculptor Bartolomeo Manni of Rovio.
Military architecture
The Order of Saint Benedict was already present in the area in the 10th century and built a building belonging to the monastery, which was later destroyed by the troops of Emperor Frederick Barbarossa. In the 13th-14th century, the Ghibelline Suardi family rebuilt the building with defensive functions. In the 16th century, the castle underwent a renovation and became a noble residence.
