The symbols of the town are the coat of arms and the banner, depicting a blue mountain and a golden lion's head on a white background, and the flag, composed of the colors green, white, and red, the colors of Lombardy.

The town of Lanzada has 1,398 inhabitants as of 30/04/2010, with a balanced distribution between men and women. There are 704 males and 694 females, divided into 590 families.
