History of Casirate Olona

The name of the municipality was rectified to "Casirate Olona" starting from 1862, before being definitively suppressed in 1869. With a decree by Vittorio Emanuele II, Casirate Olona was annexed to Lacchiarella, following the ancient Napoleonic model.
