Welcome to Frugarolo, a small town in Piedmont, Italy with a population of 1960 people situated in the plain of Alessandria. Today, we will take you on a tour of the town's points of interest, local football, and much more.
Monuments and Points of Interest
One of the most beautiful places to visit in Frugarolo is certainly the parish church of San Felice. The church was recently rebuilt after the bell tower and part of the church collapsed in 1980. Its structure is Romanesque with Gothic influences, while the staircase dates back to a later period.
Another attraction is the estate "Torre San Pio V" between Frugarolo and Casal Cermelli, where you can admire the two hundred year old tower and frescoes from the late fourteenth century with scenes from the cycle of King Arthur. The frescoes, originally in the tower, were detached and are now preserved in the museum of the former military hospital of Alessandria.

The population of Frugarolo is not very large but has grown in recent years. In 2011, the population was 1877 inhabitants, while in 2021 it has grown to 1960.
