Hello everyone! Today I want to introduce you to a corner of paradise located in the territory of Fasano, in the province of Brindisi: the hamlet of Speziale. This picturesque village, which has about 400 residents, takes its name from the pharmacist (the "speziale" in Italian) who used to live in the area. The hamlet is located between Pezze di Greco and Montalbano (Fasano), about 10 km from its municipality and about 50 km from Brindisi.

On its right side, there is a small room towards the altar. Adjacent to the facade, a second entrance leads to the parish office and sacristy. In 2016, the church facade was restored, making the building even more beautiful and suggestive.

If you decide to travel by car, you'll need to take the SS 379 Bari-Brindisi (exit for Pezze di Greco) and reach the hamlet of Speziale located on the Strada Statale 16 Adriatica between Ostuni and Fasano. If you prefer to travel by train, the Fasano Railway Station is about 10 km from the hamlet, making it easily accessible. Finally, if you're traveling by plane, the Bari airport is about 50 km away and the Brindisi airport is about 60 km away - from both destinations, you can easily rent a car and reach Speziale in a short time.
