Peri

Welcome to Peri Station!

We are thrilled to present the Peri railway station located on the Brenner Railway, serving the charming municipality of Dolcè. The station has an interesting history as it played a significant role as a border station until 1918 when Trentino-Alto Adige was annexed to Italy. Today, the station has five active tracks, two for transit, two for stops and overtaking, while the fifth is used as shelter for construction vehicles.

Facilities and Installations

The Peri Station consists of a large passenger building, which is a testament to its past importance. There are also numerous parking tracks that are still visible today. Additionally, the station has hydraulic columns for refilling water to the steam locomotives at the first and fourth tracks. Near the station, there is also an electric substation for the overhead line power supply.

Operations

The only railway service that passes through Peri Station is the Trenitalia regional train that runs between Verona and Bolzano. The service is available both ways, with an hourly frequency in the central hours of the day.
