Costanzana is a small municipality in the province of Vercelli, located in the Piedmont region in Italy. With only 758 inhabitants, Costanzana is characterized by a flat terrain, crossed by the Marcova river to the west and the Sanguinolento stream to the north.

The coat of arms of Costanzana was granted by royal decree in 1933. The flag is of white color. In the last hundred years, the resident population has been reduced by two-thirds since 1921.
