The coat of arms of Cizzago is surmounted by a helmet with Svolazzi and is probably derived from the local family.

The village of Comezzano-Cizzago uses the emblems of the two original entities in two distinct shields placed side by side. Administration
Since May 27, 2019, the village of Comezzano-Cizzago has been run by Mayor Alida Potieri, belonging to the center-left civic list. The Mayor's main goal is to enhance the excellence of the territory and promote tourism.
