Physical geography
Cellatica is located about 7 kilometers west of Brescia and borders Gussago to the northwest and Collebeato to the east. The town is located at the foot of the Brescian Prealps and is part of the Franciacorta area. The beauty of the surrounding landscape is a draw for nature lovers.
History
The town's history is rich in events and characters that have contributed to shaping its identity. The coat of arms and flag of the town, granted in 1970, represent the figure of a golden lion holding a green vine branch, pampilhado of three and frutado of two in silver. The motto in golden characters reads "Saladega in alto longo cioggia e vento".

Cellatica is served by the line 13 of the urban transport, but in the past, from 1907 to 1953, it also had a Tramvia Company that connected Brescia to Gussago passing through the town.
