Cadoneghe: The Municipality in Veneto

Physical Geography
Cadoneghe is located in the northern outskirts of Padua and is kissed by the Brenta River. It borders Vigonza to the northeast, Vigodarzere to the west, Campodarsego to the north, and Padua itself to the south, just 6 km away from the historic city center.
History
The village of Cadoneghe is mentioned in the constitution of Padua as early as 1235 with the name of Cadonice. The Municipality's coat of arms was granted in 1963 with the undulating blue band to represent the Brenta River, the three aligned stars to remember the fractions of Bagnoli, Bragni, and Mejaniga and a fourth star for the headquarter.

- The Church of Sant'Andrea Apostolo: a beautiful church dedicated to Sant'Andrea, which contains a triptych from the second half of the 14th century painted by Catarino.
