Cà d'Andrea is a cozy and picturesque hamlet with 397 inhabitants located in the province of Cremona, in Lombardy. It is an area rich in history and culture, and its population is known for the warm welcome given to visitors.

History

The history of Cà d'Andrea dates back to 1868 when the municipalities of Brolpasino, Breda Guazzona, Casanova d'Offredi, Fossa Guazzona, Pieve San Maurizio (Torre de' Picenardi) and Ronca de' Golferami were merged with the municipality of Cà d'Andrea. This led to a significant growth of the hamlet, which has since become increasingly popular. In June 2018, the inhabitants voted for the merger with the municipality of Torre de' Picenardi, which was completed on January 1, 2019.
