The municipality of Borgone Susa has a coat of arms with a background of a wall, symbolizing the position of the town at the foot of the mountains. The Castlàs, or Castellazzo, is a further representation of the defense of the valley. The water flowers symbolize the importance of water and its fundamental relationship in the history of the territory. The chief is a variation of the Capo di Francia, which would be ''of azure with three golden lilies''.

Religious Architecture

Most of the religious buildings in Borgone Susa date back to ancient times. Among these, the Maometto stands out, a Roman-era engraving that the locals have attributed to the Saracens. It is located in the woods, not far from the town center.

The ruins of the Borgone tower-called Castlas by the locals and remembered as Castellazzo by the eighteenth-century cartography when the tower was already in ruins-dominate from the top of a hill the settlement of Villa Nova.
