From 1973 to 2010, Bibiana was part of the Val Pellice Mountain Community. After that date, it became part of the Pinerolo Mountain Community. Following the abolition of the mountain communities of Piedmont, with the Regional Law of September 28, 2012, Bibiana became part of the Pinerolo Mountain Union.
