Marco Rossi
Marco Rossi is an Italian food expert who has dedicated much of his life to discovering Italian culinary specialties. Born in Naples, he moved to Rome to study at university, where he discovered his passion for cooking. After working in some of Rome's best restaurants, he decided to open his own restaurant, where he began experimenting with new dishes and deepening his knowledge of local products. Marco has also written several cookbooks and has appeared on numerous television shows. Today he is considered one of the top experts in Italian cuisine, especially when it comes to Neapolitan and Roman cuisine.
