Growing up in a family of fishermen, she started working in the kitchen from a young age, acquiring extensive experience in the preparation of dishes based on fish and seafood. After studying at the university of gastronomic sciences, she worked as a chef for several Italian seafood restaurants, before opening her own restaurant specializing in seafood dishes. Thanks to her experience and passion, Laura is now considered one of the leading experts in Italian seafood cuisine, especially in regards to the coastal regions of Northern Italy.
